When I began my search to buy a home, I knew Steve could help me find what I was looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable of Orange County and the real estate market in general. Not being an OC native myself, Steve helped me narrow down which area was right for me by assessing my current position in life and thinking towards my future. Also, being in my early 20’s – he really helped explain every last detail about the home buying process, without him breaking things down for me in a way I could truly understand, I probably wouldn’t be a new home owner today! The market in Orange County is extremely competitive, Steve always found a way to show me a property/send me alerts on new listings in the area as soon as possible. He was always very organized and kept me updated on properties of interest at all times. He learned what I liked and disliked very quickly and almost seemed to know me better than myself at times!
