The sale and purchase were done in a way that the two transactions overlapped by a few days. One of the things that I loved was their open communication. Questions were always answered quickly and they were knowledgeable through the entire process. I also loved being able to complete a lot of the paperwork online. Whether we were on vacation or I was working, the use of online documents made all the paperwork a breeze. I can’t say enough about them. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
